Document Requirements for Application of CTCSOL Certificate (Singapore Test Centre)
From 1st May 2017, candidates who took written test and/or interview of CTCSOL in Singapore are required to bring the original and two copies of the following documents to our centre in person to apply their CTCSOL certificate.
1. Holder of Bachelor Degree or Above:
a. Original HSK Score Report: 180 or above on HSK Level 6
b. Original Degree Certificate(s)
Ⅰ. Notarization certificate or verification from CHESICC (China Higher Education Student Information and Career Centre of Chinese Ministry of Education) is required for degree certificates issued in China.
Ⅱ. Notarization by the embassy of the country to which the certificate’s issuing
institution belongs is required for degree certificates issued outside China and
Singapore. For example: Graduates from Australian universities should have their
academic certificates notarised by Australian High Commission/Embassy in any
country.
c. Original CTCSOL result report for written test and interview (download from chinesetest.cn).
2. Holders of Diploma Certificate(s) (Major in Chinese Language Teaching, Education or Chinese):
a. Original HSK Score Report, including:
Ⅰ. Score Report with 240 or above on HSK Level 6
Ⅱ. Score Report with 70 or above on HSKK (Advanced)
b. Original Diploma Certificate(s)
Ⅰ. Notarization certificate or verification from CHESICC (China Higher Education Student Information and Career Centre of Chinese Ministry of Education) is required for degree certificates issued in China.
Ⅱ. Notarization by the embassy of the country to which the certificate’s issuing
institution belongs is required for degree certificates issued outside China and
Singapore.

3. Holders of Diploma Certificate(s) (Majors other than Chinese Language Teaching, Education and Chinese):
a. Original HSK Score Report, including:
Ⅰ. Score Report with 240 or above on HSK Level 6
Ⅱ. Score Report with 70 or above on HSKK (Advanced)
b. Original Diploma Certificate(s)
